First aid instructions

You need: Hands Leg Loud voice or phone Step 1:D danger. Check for danger eg:fire, spark or killer. Ect. If danger around step out the room and call 111. Step 2:R response. See if the person is sleeping just in case. Shake the person softly, say “hello” and your name. Step 3:S send for help. If you have a phone call 111 but if you don’t have a phone yell “help, help” very loud. Step 4:A air way. Lift their chin up facing the roof. Step 5:B breath. After lifting their chin check if breathing, look at their chest and feel for breath or listen. If they take 2 normal breaths put them in the recovery position. Recovery position:First bring up their knees and hold their feet as close as possible to their bum then grab their knees and shoulder. Next pull them towards you then pull their chin upwards.

Nothing

LI:Is vocabulary Killed the bright lights off it all goes dead silent but the shower is still dripping. It’s been like 30 minute since my mum took a shower. Still awake counting every drip. 156… 157… 158… it stopped! And now the birds the annoying little pest.as loud as a lion. Saying goodnight one by one! Again, the muffled tiny little clicks on my mum’s phone just like every night. Texting and texting after few minutes (20 years) no more sound now I can go to sleep. Wissh… What… Dammit I left the window open. I can’t see a thing how am I ment to close the window and I’m to tired! Wissh… Ok let's get up. Bang… It’s shut now bed time.
